Submitting by email: Contact us before sending anything. Do not send originals. Send only 5 to 7, RGB, JPG files attached (no zips) to an email. (It is important that they be "attached" files.) Each file should be no larger than 35K compressed at 72 dpi. Label each file with your last name in the file name first (If your name is Sue Jones the first file would read: Jonespic1.jpg). In the body of the email send a short profile of you along with your current free-lance rates and two publishing references.

Submitting by mail: Please place 5 to 7 pieces on one or two color copies (Xerox etc.). Mail to our mailing address along with a profile of you with your current free-lance rates and two publishing references. Do not send originals, we return nothing. We are always looking for writers, editors, artists, photographers, and designers who want to build a long-lasting working relationship with PDG. If you and your work appear to fit our standards, we will contact you for a personal interview and portfolio review.

We will phone-interview with you regarding the specifics of your project. You will be sent a Project Profile Form to help us organize your project and prioritize your needs. Send all manuscripts to:
